Software, marketing, and audiovisual work can involve trade secrets, raw materials, and personal data. This summary guides what we put in writing. If anything conflicts, the signed proposal or contract prevails.

  • Mutual NDA before sharing strategic information or access
  • Repositories and folders with least-privilege access

Data handling

  • Personal data processed according to purpose and legal basis agreed in the proposal
  • Proportional retention; deletion or return of artefacts after completion unless law requires otherwise
