This policy governs dataxstudios.com.br, our web applications, Google Chrome extensions, and professional service engagements across Software, Audiovisual, and Marketing.

DATAXSTUDIOS operates three core technical pillars alongside free public web tools. Data handling strictly corresponds to the nature of each operation:

a) Software Development and Web Systems: business contact info, technical specifications, and staging credentials are handled under strict confidentiality, backed by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) when requested.

b) Audiovisual Production and Post-Production: raw video footage, audio recordings, scripts, and transcripts provided by clients are stored in access-controlled environments and utilized exclusively for editing and final delivery.

c) Digital Marketing and Social Media: traffic analytics, creative assets, and campaign briefings are processed solely to execute agreed marketing deliverables and brand communications.

d) Interactive Web Tools (/apps/*): public web utilities such as Date & Milliseconds Converter, Markdown Viewer & Editor, JSON Formatter, Marked Text Extractor, Fast SRT Composer, Fast SRT Translator, Title Formatter, Color Studio & Palette Generator, YouTube Video Transcript Generator, and Social Media Image Fit operate locally in your browser or through ephemeral runtime edge executions (Cloudflare Workers) without database persistence. No personal data, text, JSON, SRT file, URL, or transcript history is retained or shared with third parties.

e) CSFloat Trade Summarizer: reads the visible items on the CSFloat trades page to calculate summaries in your browser. It does not store or transmit trade data. When you click the extension icon, the popup checks the active tab URL to show a contextual prompt; it does not track browsing history.

f) DXS OpenAPI Swaggerizer: detects and displays OpenAPI 3.0/3.1 and Swagger 2.0 JSON specifications locally on HTTP and HTTPS pages. The selected API server and optional environment settings use Chrome local storage; the language preference uses Chrome Sync. The selected specification and operation are temporarily held in a one-time local session. Credentials, request bodies, and responses are not saved through chrome.storage.

g) API testing in Swaggerizer: a request is sent only after you choose Send request. The URL, parameters, body, and credentials you entered go directly to the selected API server, without browser cookies. DXS does not receive specifications, test data, or preferences, and the extensions do not use analytics.

We may process data you provide directly when requesting a technical quote or sending a message (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, organization, and project details in our contact form).

We may also collect technical browsing data (anonymized IP address, browser type, screen resolution, and access timestamps) strictly to ensure infrastructure security and uptime.

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) with Consent Mode enabled to respect your cookie banner selections for non-essential analytics.

Demonstration videos embedded from YouTube use the enhanced privacy domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which prevents advertising cookies until the user deliberately clicks to play the video.

Data processing is grounded in applicable data protection regulations (including LGPD and GDPR principles), encompassing: contract execution and preliminary procedures, legitimate interest for security and platform improvements, legal obligations, and freely given consent for non-essential analytics.

DATAXSTUDIOS does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Sharing is limited to essential infrastructure providers (such as hosting servers and business email providers) operating as data processors under contractual security and confidentiality requirements.

Customer inquiries and quote requests are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill commercial dialogues or comply with statutory tax and accounting retention rules.

We enforce TLS/HTTPS encryption across all traffic, apply least-privilege access controls, and adhere to secure coding best practices.

You have the right to confirm the existence of data processing, request access, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, and withdraw previously granted consent.
