CSFloat Trade Summarizer

Stop manually calculating your CSFloat trades

Track your spending and trade returns on CSFloat without doing manual math, as the extension calculates totals, sorts listings by status, and exports clean summaries right in your browser.

Features

Key Features

The extension reads the visible trade cards on your screen, transforming scattered entries into cohesive financial summaries and visual distribution charts.

01 | Smart Categorization

Automatically sorts trades by state, separating items in Trade Hold, pending offers, cancelled transactions, and received inventory.

02 | Item Aggregation

Groups items by base weapon name to display combined counts, total currency values, and average costs across trades.

03 | Visual Breakdown Charts

Toggles integrated bar charts to show exactly how your trading budget is split across categories.

04 | CSV Exports

Generates CSV files containing item names, unit counts, and recorded prices for external bookkeeping in spreadsheet software.

Technical

Technical Operation

Engineered for speed, the extension hooks into the CSFloat interface cleanly without impacting page performance.

01 | DOM-based processing

Extracts item cards directly from the page markup to compute balances client-side without external API calls.

02 | Contextual switching

Detects whether you are viewing Purchases or Sales tabs and updates metric labels accordingly.

03 | Unobtrusive launcher

Displays a small launcher button only when viewing the trades section, keeping the interface uncluttered elsewhere.

It simply reads the HTML structure of the page you are currently viewing to perform calculations.

Support & FAQ

The button isn't appearing, what's wrong?

The extension only activates on the CSFloat trades page (/profile/trades), so make sure you are signed in and viewing that specific route.

Why are items not grouped by 'Factory New' or 'Minimal Wear'?

CSFloat does not always include wear condition tags on the main trade summary cards, so grouping by base weapon name ensures reliable totals across all inventory types.
